Inquiry (采购产品): Tube Bending - ?2.25 OD x 0.125 wall Aluminum tubing I need to have a piece of ?2.25 x 0.125 wall Aluminum 6061 tubing bent in two places to make a frame for a recumbent bicycle. I would like an inner bend radius of 5 inches for both bends, although the design is somewhat flexible. The first bend is 45°, while the second bend is 60°. I'm looking for pricing for only 1 to 5 pieces since this is only a prototype. I have located a vendor who will sell "rem" quantities of the tubing for about $10 per foot, but please include material pricing if you have a preferred vendor (total length of tube before bending is about 34.2 inches).
