Inquiry (采购产品): Black Oxide Coating of Ductile Iron I need some technical assistance on black oxide coating of ductile iron. I work for a producer of continuous cast iron barstock and we make a variety of gray and ductile iron grades in all sizes up to 20" round and rectangles to 16.5 x 24. In a number of our ductile applications, the customer is making parts that were once made from carbon steel and in some of those, black oxide coating is required. Often times when the ductile iron is black oxide coated the surface comes out reddish in color or even spotted. We'd like to find someone to work on this with us. Are you familar with the condition I'm describing and can you offer any technical assistance?
