Walk-in ESS Chamber Inquiry (采购产品): Walk-in ESS Chamber Sanmina-SCI Tatabanya (Hungary) Plant requests a quotation for Quantity 2 Walk-In Thermal Chambers. These chambers are requested with the shortest possible delivery to installation and commissioning timeline. Requirements: Temperature extremes used for product test: -35 to +55 Degrees C Temperature ramp rate capability desired: For standard product testing, the following profile will be used which uses a 1 degree C per minute ramp rate, however, from experience in purchasing walk-in chambers, an actual capability of 2 or 3 degrees C per minute (in the range -35 to +55 Degrees C and vice versa) is needed for performance margin. Internal Useful Working Dimensions: Width: 2.2 m, Depth 2.2 m, Height 2.7 m. Slightly larger for width and depth is preferable, especially if this conforms to a standard chamber dimension, or if adds minimal cost or no delivery issues. So a Width of about 3.0 m, and a Depth of 3.0 m is preferable. Width of 2.2 m and Depth of 2.2 m is the absolute minimum we could use. Slightly lower for Height is OK if this conforms to a standard dimension, to improve delivery. Note the 2.7m height figure was derived by subtracting 0.6 from 3.3m. Our maximum external height to accommodate the chamber is 3.3 m, essentially we prefer to obtain the maximum useful internal height available for an external area height of 3.3 m. See the enclosed attachment for proposed chamber installation area: Worst Case Product Under Test Thermal load: 5120 watts Worst Case Product + Fixturing Metal Load (Aluminum): 500 Kilograms Access Port Openings: Qty 4. 10 cm Diameter, 2 on each side wall, 130cm up from floor. Additional Access Port Openings: Qty 4 on ceiling, 10 cm Diameter, locations TBD. Floor: Both chambers will be installed such that the floor area will be excavated to accommodate a flush “outside floor to chamber inside floor” interface as you walk through the doors. The height of the area that can accommodate the chamber (before excavation) is 3.3 meters. The finished chamber floor shall be able to withstand a worst-case weight load of 500 kgs. Each of 4 carts of product with 4 castors each separated by about 80 cm in a square pattern, each cart to weigh approximately 125 kgs. Compressors: It is desired to have a low acoustic noise chamber installation; therefore, please provide a quote based on: A remote compressor room will be build adjacent to the chambers with sound proof walls (such as cinder brick) and a steel door. Condenser: A remote air cooled condenser for roof top or concrete pad mounting is required to supply the cooling water to the compressors, with all required electrical and refrigeration connections. Controller: Controller with software and remote control via RS232 interface. Doors and Window: Two Front Doors, one with a window.
