Inquiry (采购产品): Mobile ladder platform To provide boiler operators a safe entrance to boiler ductwork a mobile ladder platform shall be designed. The materials used in mobile ladder platform shall be of standard manufacture and conform to standard specifications of strength, dimensions, and weights, and shall be selected to safely support the design working load. The material should be practical in cost and be able to withstand three hundred pounds. The platform needs to be eighty inches up from the ground. The platform itself should be forty-eight inches long and sixty inches wide. The ladder needs to be centered on one sixty inch side. The ladder shall have a minimum step width of eighteen inches. Vertical spacing shall be determined by manufacture. The forty-eight inch sides can not contain handrails; this limitation is due to the access door to the boiler that has to be swung open to enter the ductwork. On both sides of the ladder and the other sixty inch side should contain handrails. The wheels shall be properly designed for strength and dimensions (minimum four inch diameter/minimum inch and a half width) to support four times the design working load. The supporting structure for the work level shall be rigidly braced, using adequate cross bracing or diagonal bracing with rigid platforms at each work level. The minimum live load design shall be 50 psf. The design shall meet any OSHA standards that apply. If this design is possible, a quote is desired. Thank you for your time.
