Ltd. is currently involved in Automation engineering, Instrumentation, control systems and Information Technologies applied for industrial purposes in a project for one of its client. Your company has been selected as a potential supplier for this project. Kindly prepare the quotation for the required scope of supply according to the following instructions. 2. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE VENDOR The Vendor shall fill and send along with his other documents the attached quotation form (see section 5). The special instructions (if any) are the following: 1) Send the quotation by mail or courier to the Engineer (Ahana Technologies Pvt. Ltd). 2) Individual unit prices shall be clearly shown in the bill of material. 3) Send complete technical specifications & catalog information for all products that are part of the quotation. 4) The exact model numbers must be mentioned in the quotation along with the selected accessories. 5) Options shall be clearly identified along with their prices. 3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 4.1 GENERALITIES The Client requires on-line automatic sampling equipment to collect granular material on belt conveyors at two (2) sites. They are sampling granular materials on conveyors. 4.2 ENVIRONMENT The process location where the samples are to be collected is subject to the following conditions: Temperature: 10°C to 50 °C Ambiant relative humidity: 10 to 90% (non-condensing) Altitude: 440 m above sea level Air Quality: Presence of coal dust Others: Equipment is subject to water splashing. 4.3 SAMPLING REQUIREMENTS The sampling requirements are the following: · The quantity of granular material to sample is 8.0 to 10 kg / hour. This parameter should be adjustable on the equipment. · The size fraction of the material is between 0 to 25 mm. · The temperature of the granular material is between 50 and 150 °C. · The specific density of the material is 7.0 to 8.0. · The collection frequency will be 60 minutes and shall be adjustable. · The conveyor capacity is 22 MT per hour. · The conveyor belt speed is 1 m / s. · The conveyor vertical angle is 12.5 degree. · The belt thickness is 10 to 12 mm. · No crushing nor fraction size grading are required for the samples. · The number of cans is 4 to 8 cans. · The rejects shall go to the ground. See drawing TSI0003-LD-0001 for more informations. 4.4 ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURES The equipment shall be environmentally protected against water dripping and direct splashing (NEMA 4). The electrical classification is safe. The available electric supply is 440VAC, 50 Hz, 3 phases. 4.5 DOCUMENTATION Four (4) sets of operation manuals shall be provided. Each set contains details instruction about how to configure, use and operate the system. Mechanical, electrical and other drawings shall be provided. Troubleshooting instructions shall also be provided. Spare part list shall also be included. 4.6 ACCESSOIRIES The Vendor shall provide all required accessories to operate the equipment properly. 4.7 PACKING AND SHIPPING The Vendor shall provide packing and shipping to the Site located in North India. 4.8 GUARANTEE The Vendor shall provide a guarantee of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of equipment at the site. 4.9 SCOPE OF SUPPLY The scope of supply includes the following: · Two (2) on-line automatic sampling machines. · Shop drawings and operation manuals; · Electrical enclosures; · Documentation · Accessories The following are excluded from the Vendor’s scope of supply: · Installation of the equipment to the site; · Electrical connection in the Site. 5.
