Inquiry (采购产品): Enamel Kitchen Cabinets To Whom It May Concern: Do you know anything about metal Kitchen Cabinets that were enameled? My parents house has a Youngstown Kitchen insignia (?) on the kitchen cabinets that were installed in 1956. They are metal and were/are white. Over the years the metal facing or enamel has worn where the cabinet was opened at the point of handle attachment. There is nothing wrong with the cabinets that 'refreshing' the doors wouldn't handle. I have not been able to 'locate' Youngstown Kitchens and imagine that it may be a company out of business, but I don't know that for sure either. Would you happen to know? The big question for which I am seeking information is whether or not they could be resurfaced and how to remove the doors. As the 'hinge' is different from any I have seen recently, I would hope that you might be able to assist with information about Youngstown Kitchens cabinets. I may be wrong in thinking that they were enameled, but I don't know what else to call them. I also think that it may be paint as in how a car is painted... it looks like that and was long lasting... just a little too much wear under the handle pulls. Needless to say I would like to refinish them rather than destroying the cabinets altogether. If you handle such projects could you also please give me a quote as to how much it would cost? I do not have the measurements, but there are about 15 door fronts and 4 drawers if memory serves me correctly. Thank you. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
