Inquiry (采购产品): mesh for exercise bicycle seat back I am interested in getting some information regarding mesh. Our current supplier is not responsive as to the material or the material properties of what they are using in our application. I was hoping you could help me. Our application is as a seat back for a recumbent exercise cycle as mentioned before. Our main concern is that the seat in the lumbar region will stretch or continue to stretch over time beyond what our adjustment straps are capable of handling. Specifications: The mesh spans a 16 inch gap. The more constant load would be in the 50 pound range with an occaisional 150 pound load. If overstressed, the material would hit a steel framwork that would limit the spanned length to about 19 inches(now in a curve). The material should not stress relieve over time such that the seat loosens. The material must be black. We want mesh to provide air flow to the back of the person exercising, and to allow the material to quickly dry. Anti- microbial would be nice, but not a pre-requisite. The use model of the equipment is 1 hour per day, four days per week.
