Inquiry (采购产品): Automatic Screw drivers I am quoting on a project that will require that we assemble (2) stamped parts with a 1/4-20 X 2-1/2" Combination Head Screw. The screw needs to pass through two holes on opposite sides of a stamped part which has been formed into a square measuring approximately 1/2" x 1/2". Another metal component with a tapped hole needs to be engaged and the screw then needs to be driven approximately 2 inches to complete the assembly. The quantities are estimated to be around 125,000 to 250,000 per year. I am looking at two option: 1.) Rotary Table Application where all of the parts are manually loaded including the screw and then having it automatically driven to the proper depth. or 2.) Hopper and track feeding screws into position on a rotary table and manually loading the stamped parts only. The volume and the budget don't warrant full automation currently so options are probably limited. We are quoting the stamped parts and our customer would like for us to supply the entire assembly.
