Inquiry (采购产品): Velcro Dear Fasnap Corporation, I am a special education teacher working in Somerville, MA. I work with young children who carry a diagnosis of autism, emotional disability, and other learning disabilities. The students I work with tend to "think in pictures." Therefore, we post visuals throughout the classroom and school. We use velcro plenty for both academic and social situations during the school day. I cannot list all of the times we use velcro. However, here are just a few examples: We take pictures and then velcro them for picture schedule strips, choice boards, so the kids can better understand their day/what is expected at school/and communicate their wants and needs. We also use velcro for picture exchange communication books (i.e., a communication book with velcroed pictures where the child pulls out pictures to share with others). It is nice having velcro over tape for these reasons. I have gone through 5-10 packs (boxes) of velcro since the start of the school year in 9/04. Most likely, I will use 2 more packs before the end of the year on 6/30/05. I will continue to use velcro as long as I am a special education teacher. It is one of the worlds greatest inventions! I am just wondering if you have teacher discounts available for your velcro products and/or free samples. I would appreciate either one: a discount or velcro samples.
