It is a polymer with unique properties. Most importantly, it is derived from renewable agricultural resources. PLA is a transparent thermoplastic polymer and can be processed on conventional processing equipment. Some of the end-uses are rigid trays, containers, fibers, chewing gum base, hot melts and paper coating resin The raw material for PLA is epurated from Corn, and other agriculture plants, so the PLA is fully biodegradable. Through a metabolic conversion process, PLA is eventually broke down into water as end carbon dioxide as smaller (molecular) units, which only create substances harmless to our nature environment. The product in line We serve the product in various type to cope the demands from all customers. - Resin/Compound: A tiny granule modified from PLA polymer, creating the foundation for all downstream products all at outstanding EF properties. It can be injected into cup, folk, lid or/and any different shape by feeding into the extruding machine. - Film/sheet: The resin is calendared into sheet/film form, that provides the ability for thermoforming and blister by feeding into vacuum blister machine for making tray, clamshell, etc.. - Final product: The known lost labor cast in China allowed us the supply the final extruded or blistered packing product to anyone in the world, we can do it OEM under your order, with the most competitive pricing and delivery conditions. About the production We have a network for material supply at domestic and for overseas as well, the compounding factory is ready for producing 800T resin at monthly base, and the calendaring production line is in full operating for monthly 1200T output.
