Inquiry (采购产品): Lam Research RFI on Portland Precision Mfg. Capability Hello, I am looking for a supplier to perform precision CNC machining to manufacture a new product for Lam Research. Description: Rectangular part, approximately 60.35" long x 21.6" wide x 15.6" tall. Material is aluminum, coated with Halar (ECTFE) material. Requires horizontal CNC milling before and after Halar coating. Tight tolerances of +/- 0.002" in some locations. Part is a process chamber body for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
