Inquiry (采购产品): Amys Application My name is Jim Coyle, I am a maintenance supervisor for Amy's Kitchen, 2330 Northpoint Parkway,Santa Rosa, Ca. 95407. My cell phone is 707-975-5248. Email Please refer this to one of your application people. At Amy's we have a sealing application that requires pumping hot food products, 200 to 300 degrees F, from a hopper fed supply onto individual portions at our production lines. We currently use viton O rings for the high temperature products and Buna N for products that deposit at a lower temperature. I am interested in testing Quad Rings in these machines. I need your recomendation for a Quad Ring material to use on a two ring piston, about 1 1/2" dia that slides in a cylinder and the material for a rotating diverter valve with a 3" dia single ring at each end sealing to the food hopper diverter valve bore. These sizes are not exact, my interest is in a material recommendation at this point. An additional factor is that while all of our products contain water they also contain varying ammounts of organic vegetable oils and organic animal milk fats (cheese). Our prime goal is to develop a reliable sealing technology that will allow us to minimize the overweight deposits that we currently apply in order to consistently stay above a minimum deposit weight. We must disassemble and clean the machines daily, we currently are using the rings one time, to avoid cutting the sealing surfaces. Any recomendations you might have regarding removal tools that do not damage the seals would also be appreciated. Would you please have your application person contact me with a material recommendation or with any questions regarding this application?
