(3/16" or smaller) coated gooseneck 40" long that would be bent on one end into a circle, or elipse approx 4" dia with a light fabric attached (approx 1.5 oz). Would it come to me in a roll or cut lengths? What would be the approx cost per foot? Order qty would be 100 lengths at a time or 100 x 40 = 400" approx. Thank you for any help in this matter.
