Excitation source , X ray tube - high performance and air cooled Rh anode , optional W or Mo anodes , small area x ray beam b. X ray generator - 4.2 kW or lower , max line voltage variation -15 % to +15 % , stability max + / - 0.005 % c. Detector scantillation counter , propotional counter d. Ganiometer , fully auto , gearless microprocessor controlled compact ganiometer using optical encoders with programming of two crystals and two detectors , total angle range 0 - 150 degree e. cooling system , built in water cooling system. f. PRimary beam filter up to 4 position programmable primary beam filter for modiffying x ray excitation g. Sample changer and cassettes , basic magazine min 8 cassette for samples , rotation of cassette in analysis position 60 rpm h. Sample preparation - manual lab press , mini fusion . i. Special features background correction , chemical mapping / imaging j. Capabilities of analysis and software i. Quantitative and qualitative elemental analysis on samples of solid , powders and iquids. ii. Quantitative elemental data is given in ppm to weight percentage concentrations . Tandard can be generated. iii. Qualitative data : from Be ( 4 ) to Uranium ( 92 ) iv. Qualitative identification in one test run : up to min 20 v.
