Let me just give you an overview regarding our services and capabilities. We are a company specialized in plastic injection technology stationed here in Taipei, Taiwan. With 23 years of experienced, our major field of activities is production of plastic steel molds for plastic injection including Insert, Stack Mold, In-Mold Decoration and Two-Shot Injection molding of plastic parts in variety of designs, material, and appliance. Additional service includes OEM/ODM manufacturing and complete turn-key projects for some products. We had served various industries (Electrical, Automotive, Telecommunication, Electronics, Medical, Household appliances, etc.) and build all kinds of precision and large molds in several tones different in size, complexity, design, purpose and life for a variety of plastic parts. We can inject almost any kinds of plastics such as ABS, PC, ABS-PC, PP, PMMA, PE, PA, etc. The steel we use in manufacturing moulds are P-20, H-13, 420 SS (Stainless Steel), S-7 or as specified by the customers. I am pleased to say that since we have a competent staff, we can offer you a complete approach to your needs from designing to the actual execution of your requirements. Almost 90 % of our molds are for export (USA, Europe, Australia) so we are very experienced in working with foreign partners, knowing the international mold standards. Our engineers use sophisticated software operating in Pro/E and AutoCAD 2000 for CAD solutions and Cimatron, Anvil, and Work NC as CAM solutions, to transform your ideas into finished parts that fully satisfy your specifications. We provide good communication in every step of the project run by means of e-mails, facsimile, telephones, so project communication would not be a problem. We have ranged of documented procedures that will give you complete information of the project status. We prepare Tool Manufacture Schedule followed up by weekly updates and e-mail digital photos of the mold components. Regarding the mold trial, we make digital photos or video recording we mail the sufficient number of samples by DHL and submit processing info. Perhaps you could send as files for us to quote, we have a quick and accurate mold cost quotes often within a day or so and our pricing are competitive. Our preferred extensions for 3D files are PRT, STEP, IGES and SLDPRT extensions, and for 2D files, extensions are DWG and DXF. Of course you can also forward us image files that are clear enough to explain your product.
