This order was 1st fax on 4/29/05 to your closed Romeoville plant. We sent sample parts on 5/13/05, received 17% price increase on 5/20/05 with lead time of 5 weeks, purchase order change was fax on 5/31/05,order change notice received on 6/01/05 with ship date of 7/13/05. As of today(7/14/05) when I called the ship date was moved to 7/25/05.
