Inquiry (采购产品): Material To whom it may concern, Hi I am Steve Marlow a technician at Beckmann Technologies. We are working on a new project and having problems finding a material that suits our needs. This is a material we need for a prototype part. We have tried Delrin which has a working temperature that is too low. We have also tried Virgin Electrical Grade Teflon? PTFE which is too soft. We are looking for a material with the same sort of machining properties as the Delrin with a working temp of approx 350F. It should be round stock of approx. 2.25 in diameter. The reason we are looking into plastics is that it needs to be no electrically conductive also. I can supply a mechanical drawing of the part if needed. Any information on this matter is greatly appreicated. If you have any suggestions of a material if you could also supply a quote for it by the foot.
