Inquiry (采购产品): eductor for alum dosing I have accessed your page and found that in principle the liquid-jet eductorseries TLLT could be applied to substituting diaphragm type alum dosing pumps presently available in our plant. Our conditions are: - Alum is contained in tanks. The eductor can be located 10 feet minimum from the bottom of the tanks. Taking in consideration the minimum level in the tank, the maximum positive level above the eductor can be 13 feet. - The motive service water pressure can be up to 90 psig but would prefer to have it at 80psig. - The dosing material is alum sulfate, 2000 cps viscocity; pH low but > 2.0; - Minimum dosing flow 2.1gpm; Maximum dosing flow 5.0gpm. - The discharge of the eductor connects to the 3"PVC header 800feet long header discharging at atmospheric pressure open end. Could you please review the above data and confirm the above mentioned eductor TLLT can do the job or suggest alternative. If any of your eductors is feasible for this service can you quote its price? Eventually would need two in service and likely one more for spare. Initially quote for one for testing.
