They would be approximately 1/4 in. deep at the edges, about 1 inch wide, and about 2 1/2 inches in length. I have attached a rendering of the designs. The material should be the least expensive plastic because the stress placed upon the brackets will be minimal. These items will be used outdoors, initially designed for use in the North American climate, year round. I would like a quote based upon an initial quantity of about 100 to 200 but more may be required. The images indicates two perpendicular, 1/4 in. width x 3/4 in. length cuts, through each side, for insertion of another part, precision is unimportant, as well as angled protrusions able to accommodate a 7/32 in. diameter dowel inserted through both angled protrusions of the Upper Bracket, and inserted through one of the two angled protrusions of the Lower Bracket, with the bottom of the Lower Bracket having the angled protrusion closed to prevent the dowel from protruding through entirely. I would prefer to own the mold, anticipate immediate production, would like quotes on multiple options if possible. Since this is a new product I am unable to predict success and/or demand, however the potential is significant.
