Inquiry (采购产品): water jet cutting in food processing I understand that you company makes water jet cutting equipment for metal fabricating companies. A seafood consultant, I am working on a project to mechanize the cutting of fin fish -- specifically, salmon and including such cuts as portioning and pin bone removal. Could you refer me to companies using water jet technology to process food and seafood? I am aware of FMC Foodtech's DSI machines, but of no other companies.
