SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I can setup & operate: manual brakes, single & multi station punch presses, Kickers, notchers, shears, rollers, timesavers & YAG laser I can MIG, TIG, Gas & Stick weld I can read prints & decide best way to produce part or assembly & can do the work myself or give direction in word or writing on how to complete job I have experience with PROE, CAD-KEY, SMP, METALSOFT, & CINCINATTI LASER PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE 4/03 Thru 2/05 INDUSTRIAL METAL PRODUCTS 15 Merchant St. Sharon, Mass. 02067 - spent the last 2 yrs. Programming punch presses using METAL SOFT & CAD-KEY software, quoting new jobs using VISUAL software 4/87 Thru 2/03 TY-WOOD CORP. - was responsible for all TIG welding & soldering 79 Lowland St. (both silver & lead) Holliston Mass. 01746 - moved on to setup & operating Amada Punches - spent the last 7 yrs. Programming punch presses, producing travelers (route sheets) & quoting new jobs - A lot of the work was designed by us using PRO-E Sheetmetal and flattened using SMP to produce punch programs - route sheets were done using Smart Shop & Job Boss software 4/83 Thru 4/87 LEHI SHEETMETAL. - worked as a second shift supervisor for 1 ? years Flanders Rd. Westboro, Massachusetts - moved from 2nd shift to 1st shift and became Welder and programmer for the remaining 2 ? years 4/73 Thru 4/83 FRANKLIN SHEETMETAL - worked as Fabricator making machine guards, bases Cottage St. and enclosures. (This was heavy fab job shop) Franklin, Massachusetts EDUCATION AND TRAINING Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School Upton Mass.
