The item is a cylindrical pin approximately .5" long with several diameters along its length. Starting at the left, the body is .08" dia. with a .050 spherical radius on the end. About half way down the length is a flange that is .06" thick and .20" dia. The remaining length is .06" diameter. we expect to produce this via a heading operation not screw machining. The design can be adjusted to suit the heading operation limitations. Material is either a brass or steel. Mechanical strength is not going to be an issue with the softest material tempers.
