Inquiry (采购产品): Need Sound Insulation Materials Dear Sir or Madam, I am looking for a supplier of materials to dampen the sound in our new a portable sound booth. There is currently no special sound insulation in the booth. Below are the minimum sound attenuation goals for the project: Freq MinAttdb Current Difference 250 12 4 -8 500 15 8 -7 1000 18 7 -11 2000 20 10 -10 4000 20 11 -9 As this booth is intended to be a portable booth, and will likely be shipped via air many times in its service, weight is a major concern. The booth has a floor area of 35 square feet. Testing so far is over a carpeted floor, and we will assume a similar type of carpet as used in the initial testing will be like that, available in normal service. The booth walls and sealing are currently ?” Sentra plastic with a total area of 113 square feet. In addition there is 30 square feet of window area consisting of 1/16” polycarbonate plastic. There are about 20 square feet of other surfaces (one side) in the booth consisting of ?” Sentra Plastic (table and such). The materials that we select must be easy to clean, anti static, fire retardant (identify UL number), and flexible. The materials must be odorless and not cause eye, skin or respiratory tract irritation. Also the materials must be durable, especially in regard to impact and some light abrasion. Please identify the material(s) that you believe will work for this project and how the materials would be installed to attain the sound attenuation goals. Also please identify the weight, and cost of the needed material for each booth.
