Inquiry (采购产品): Swimming Pool Filtration I am researching the possible use of granulated or pulverized charcoal to remove excess combined chlorine (chloramine) from an indoor swimming pool. The technique, as I understand it, is to add charcoal to the pump inlet to be trapped in the sand filter, then backwash the filters to waste water once combined chlorine levels are reduced to state/county limits. Have you had any experience with this procedure, and can you give me some idea of the amount of charcoal (and money) would be involved to reduce the chloramine in a 175,000 gallon pool by 0.4 parts per million? The water also contains 2.0 - 4.0 p.p.m. free chlorine, in the form of sodium hypochlorate, which is desirable but will no doubt also be absorbed and, as I understand, affects the amount of charcoal needed. Thank you for your attention. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. **** Hidden Message ***** Perry Miller 8730 Mitchell Rd. P.O.
