Inquiry (采购产品): sand cast parts i am trying to find out if i can use an epoxy e-coat on some sand cast and 6061-T6 aluminum parts to withstand a salt spray test. I have the test specs which i can send, and i'd like to know if a 1 mil e-coat would be a sufficient coating. If so i am also trying to get a quote on 4-5 differnt parts, at a volume of 60-80 pieces of each part, so anywhere from 100-400 pieces.
