Inquiry (采购产品): URGENT COOPERATION DEAR Sirs, We need urgent cooperation from a seller for an important and serios order for Steel drums from one of our bigest and important partner. Here are the details : C Y L I N D R I C A L D R U M S- RAT (TIGHT HEAD) 1. PACKING: Each 10 drums have to be packed in wooden ballet tight together. PORT OF DESTINATION: Dammam / Jeddah port as decided by the buyer or as specified by the buyer. 2. TOTAL QUANITY: 12,000,000 (Twelve million drums in patches according to the buyer request and as per the agreement in basis of delivery) 3. BASIS OF DELIVERY: The first shipment will start within 30-45 days after receiving the acceptable payment mode. The first four shipments will be 2,000,000 (two millions drums) in total each shipment will be 500,000 drums (five hundreds thousand drums) and other shipments will decided by the buyer in advance by 30 days to be delivered to the specified port by the buyer. The communication will be through a fax or an email of the seller which have to be specified in the contract. 4. WEIGHT AND QUANTITY INSPECTION: The commodity shall be corresponding as per inspection certification issued by SGS or any other comparable inspection organization at port of loading as the seller confirming that the good order and conditions, and being confirm to the specification stated above. 5. PRODUCT PRICE: Unit price: U.S.D 9 per drum CIF Dammam / Jeddah Port of Saudi Arabia. 6. PERFORMANCE BOND: As per contract, the seller will set a side as a bank guarantee to be opened to the benefit of the buyer for the shipment of 12,000,000 to be send to the buyer’s bank, bank Guarantee 2 % (Two percent) opening bank in the name of the buyer within 5 working days from the receipt of the buyer BG-Advise and accepted date by the seller Bank. 7.
