We are looking for a coating that will provide electrical insulation for the inside of our catheter barrels. These are very small items with a 0.12mm inside diameter. Some of our concerns/criteria: -small size of part: ID=0.012" (12 mil), lenght=0.123" and uniform distribution of coating inside -Coating thickness is critical. We need a thickness of no more than 0.00025" (.25mil) - Adhesion of epoxy to housing once coated. -Bio-Compatibility -Electrical resistivity.
