Inquiry (采购产品): Insulation blanket To whom it may concern, We are a customer Reaction Injection Molder located in Newburyport, MA serving automotive, construction and agricultural equipment OEM's. Some of our major customers include Freightliner, John Deere, CAT and CNH. I have a product currently sourced with an insulation vendor with whom we have not been pleased. The blanket is approximately 40" x 35" and is custom die cut. We assemble the blanket into an engine enclosure. Other than the special shape the other custom requirements include 30 x 2" diameter plastic "targets" which are adhesively bonded to the product in specific locations. A layer of thermal insulating foil is then adhered to one side of the blanket. I have pictures and samples of this product I would be happy to send. We can also produce CAD geometry if needed. We are also open to different ways to manufacture and achieve the same result. My approximate annual usage for this product will be ~1,500 units. Target pricing would be $20-25 per piece.
