Inquiry (采购产品): Tank Lining I have an above ground tank that was previously lined with rubber. Upon inspection last year, we found all or most of the lining gone and the exposed metal deeply pitted. The rubber installer felt that the lining would fail prematurely because of the great amount of air that would be trapped beneath it. The pits in the inner surface are as much as 0.170 inch with a nominal wall thickness of 0.423. The tank is carbon steel. Here are the tank and contents specs: Tank Contents ·pH 9.5-10.5 ·Temperature 65-75o C (149-169o F) ·TiO2 Slurry (50-60% solids); Abrasive material ·Contains as much as 100ppm free chlorine Tank Specifications ·About 15.5’ Diameter x 22’ Height ·Steel construction vertical tank on concrete pad ·Baffle and agitated (two-tier agitation) ·Agitator enters from the top ·Baffles and agitator are rubber-lined I am looking for a materials that I can use to first fill in the pits and provide a substrate for a durable surface coating to be applied.
