One of our facilities in California has an air cooled condenser that in hot weather has trouble condensing the full steam turbine exhaust flow. I would like to receive a price, delivery, size, and surface area budget estimate for an atmospheric dump condenser at for the following conditions: Steam Flow: 12,000 LB/Hr Steam Pressure: 10 - 15 PSIG Steam Temp: 240 F Cooling Water Flow: 76,000 LB/HR Boiler Make-up water Cooling Water Temp: 120 -135 F Cooling Water Pressure: 60 PSIG Carbon steel shell and Admralty brass tubes should be ok.
