Inquiry (采购产品): compressor repair parts I have a two cylinder cast iron compressor pump with no manufacturers marks of any kind. Piston dia is 2.74 and it has pot metal con rods and head. One of the rods broke. The good rod appears to be 4.25 inches center to center of journal and piston pin. Journal measures 1.125 diameter with a width of 1.23. Piston pin diameter is 0.75. There is a mark VT IB on the rod. The pump is powered by an Emerson 1 hp motor drawing 17.5 amps at 120 vac. Are you able to help? It sits on about a 15 gallon horizontal tank and the whole thing is painted motor vehicle department office green, except for the black motor. Unfortunately, there is no decal or marking of any kind. Additional information that may help. 1. The single horizontal cylindrical tank measures 12" in diameter and is 24" long for a capacity of 12 gallons. 2. There is a 7" long cast iron manifold into plumbed into the top of the tank between the motor and compressor which has the pressure switch, line from the compressor, pressure gage, and relief valve mounted on it's top. 3. The pressure switch has a label on the top saying, "Pressure controlls are set at the factory. Do not readjust." 4. There are a pair of 9 1/2" wheels on an axle under the compressor and a "U" shaped handle at the motor end to move it around with. I hope that this information will allow you to identify what I have so I can get a new connecting rod.
