Inquiry (采购产品): Sheet protectors bid MHMR of Tarrant County has a company, Affiliated Business Group (ABG), which hires the mentally retarded for, among other things, packing products for companies. We have an agreement with Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (TIBH) to ship orders for sheet protectors. All Texas state offices must buy their sheet protectors through TIBH. ABG buys sheet protectors in bulk, as well as the cartons and labels from a manufacturer of sheet protectors. Our handicapped employees receive orders from TIBH and then package the sheet protectors in individual boxes, label the boxes with the manufacturer's labels, package the boxes in shipping cartons and ship out the product to the consumer.
