WEIGHT: 40 gm Tahini, 10 gm molasses VOLUME: 50ml to 150ml SACHET TYPE: One plastic sachet with two cups. Depth of max 45 mm. ROW MATERIALFOR SACHET: Standard; PS, PVC, PET, Multilayer materials. ROW MATERIAL FOR COVER FOIL: Standard; Soft aluminum, any other suggestions for materials used will be appreciated. SHAPE OF CUP: round. FORMAT SACHET: Min. 70 x 70mm (in Duplex) Max. 140 x 170mm (in Simplex) and flow needed will be suggested by the manufacturer to fulfil this speeds and output. The frame of the machine is constructed out of Stainless Steel profile. ? Individual stations are constructed out of stainless steel. ? It is manufactured in compliance with European Regulations of Safety and Hygiene (CE). ? Automatic station positioning system. ? The finished products are coming off the machine in preferable aligned position to packaging stations. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION The base film is constantly fed into the machine with a controlled mechanism. After the preheating phase the film is accurately formed into desirable shapes. There is no material waste upon start up. The formed web is transferred to the next station where the precise volume is filled. Suck-back and various nozzle shapes assure drop-free filling, providing clean surface for sealing. Then the cup is sealed with the lid. The lid material aligning system provides the capability for the correct positioning of printed lids. The sealed cups are accurately punched out of the web at a specified layout (1x1, 2x3, etc.) with minimum waste. Any other details to be suggested by the manufacturer will be appreciated.
