Inquiry (采购产品): Dry Release Agents Hello- We manufacture resin and shellac bonded abrasive products (grinding wheels). Our unbaked mixes (a blend of abrasive agregate with powdered and liquid phenolic resins) are pressure molded in hardened steel molds and then removed from the with mechanical pressure applied to one end of the cylindrical shaped mold. To ease the removal process, we use a Milles Stephenson product MS-122DF. However, due to large increases in our volume of business and the correlated usage of release agent alonge with a price increase from MS Co., use of this product is becoming cost prohibitive ($11.15 / 1 aerosol can). Please forward information for any product that you feel may be effective for us.
