Please only send me info IF you feel you can provide me with this custom solution, in large quantity at a competitive price. I do not with to waste your time. Also, I am not in the spring business, so read my request (slowly) as though it’s coming from someone who’s not in the spring business. ;-) I’m looking for a manufactured part for an invention of mine. It's rather complicated overall, but the spring related component I need is basically this: Imagine a kids toy 'dollar bill snatcher’ (do a search on www.Google.com for that term if you are unfamiliar). I need an oversized spring loaded dollar bill snatcher, durable (not plastic, but metal). The item it'll be 'snatching' is a piece of cloth similar (in size ans weight) to a standard dish rag. (Yes, a dish rag.) And yes, just like the kids (smaller) ‘dollar bill snatcher’ you will grab the end of it and pull it out manually. The line should be durable. I like the idea of 20 lb fishing line, but the line is unimportant… as long as it’s string or line and not wire. And the line will need to be up to 6 feet in length. Now the kids ‘dollar bill snatcher’ recoils when you hit the button, but instead of having a button to manually push on the snatcher to make it recoil, I will be attaching a sensor that'll BZZZZZZT an electrical charge to make it recoil. I already have the sensor covered, but am open to you including this into the manufacturing process if you feel up to it. (To explain my sensor: Basically I hacked apart a batter powered break glass sensor from a security system, and modified the sound that triggers it into the sound of my choice.) Now I just need the recoiler. Can you provide me with this? Or can you provide me with the actual recoiler but just have no idea on the sensor? Either may work. Please give me your input. I intend on purchasing approx 500-1000 quantity in either the first or second order, then hopefully tens of thousands more after this FABULOUS invention is known. I won't go into the details, but can you help me?
