Inquiry (采购产品): ERC Blower Project Quote Request Dear Sales Rep or Engineer, Below is a description of the project and what I’m looking for. I want to control the flow a dilution tunnel with a variable speed blower. Our lab does diesel emissions testing and this blower is going to be exposed to diesel exhaust gases. This blower has to be able to with stand a max temperature between 300 and 400F, handle between 1,000 scfm to 6,000 scfm and have a pressure drop of 5 to 10 inches of water. The inlet duct is approximately 18’’ (might use 20'')in diameter. The lab has access to 3 Phase Power 440/480 and also 110/120 and 210/220. I am interested in an all-in-one package (blower, motor and controls) all assembled and ready to install. I am looking for an inverter duty motor (to handle the speed changes), an Allen Bradley variable speed drive, and also having the unit spring and skid mounted. Along with any other specifications that you might suggest. If you can assist me with this project I am interested in a cost breakdown, shipping costs, and any applicable engineering information (fan curves, cut sheet, application & instillation manuals) to assist me with this project.
