Inquiry (采购产品): Tube Bundling Machine I am researching information to automate the bundling of steel mechanical tubing. Our company has 5 tube forming mills. We produce a range from 3/8" round through 3-1/8" round, as well as square and rectangular sections. The lengths vary from 30 inches to 24 feet. The shorter lengths can be generated at rates up to 55 parts per minute. The majority of our customers prefer 2x4 wood collars steel strapped around the bundle to assist in forklift transfer and stacking of the bundles. Package sizes vary widely to accommodate customer request. Wood collared packages may be 1' wide x 1'tall, 2' wide x 1' tall, 2' wide x 2' tall, or variations in-between. A few round tube customers prefer hex bundles without wood collars. Also, a few of the square and rectangular tube customers prefer strapping without wood collars. Currently, the cut to length tube is ejected onto a table where it is manually positioned for feeding into endfinishing equipment. The end finishing equipment "dedimples" and/or "deburrs" the tube ends. The tube then exits these machines and is manually positioned to fall evenly into a set of fixtures. These adjustable fixtures shape the bundle size and hold the bottom and side 2x4 wood collars. Once the bundle is full a 2x4 wood board is placed across the top to complete the encircling wood collar. A steel strap is hand fed around the wood collars and the straps are then tightened and sealed using Signode strapping tools. I am hoping your company offers an automated solution to help eliminate labor cost for this function. **** Hidden Message ***** Thomas Keslin 15525 S.
