These toilets would be set up in Turlock, California, and would be used by working homeless persons. The working homeless will monitor the toilets and clean and restock the consummable items. I am a homeless activist and I have been asked to inquire as to costs, conditions, regarding toilet sanitation for homeless encampments in the Turlock Region. The current situation with the 1,000 homeless persons in Turlock is that many of them have no proper, sanitary place to urinate, etc., and wash their hands. We are opening a cold weather shelter on December 1, 2006 on "B" Street in Turlock. There are several homeless encampments in Turlock, but no sanitary human waste disposal.
