Inquiry (采购产品): Project Inquiry I am working on a project that involves the production of two injection molded components. When joined, the components will form a part that is approximately 140 mm x 25 mm (3 inch x 1 inch) and approximately 3 mm thick. One of these injection molded components has fine features - 150 micron x 200 micron channels molded into it. The target molded material used would be a polycarbonate or a material similar in nature. The molded material of choice is either a COC (Topas) or a COP (Zeonor). Is this a project that your company has capabilities of supporting? Would your company be interested in quoting for tooling and injection molding? We are also interested in having these two injection molded components assembled (joined) using an adhesiveless assembly process. Does your company have these capabilities? Is this something that your company might help with? If this is something that would not fit with your company capabilities, can you recommend another company that might be able to help?
