The rope machines are combined strander and closer (rope-layer) producing finished rope from natural and synthetic fiber like PP tape, HDPE monofilament, PP multifilament, Nylon, Jute, Sisal, Cotton etc yarn in one continuous operation. Rope machines are available in 3 ply as well as 4 ply in both version for 0.5 mm to 32 mm diameter of rope. Key features: o Low power Consumption higher production o Auto stop in case of any breakage of strand. o Take up system to pull yarn from bobbins at pay off side o Low noise level o High reliability o Twice rope lay in one revolution o Rugged and Simplified design o Direct coiling head ( Optional) o Easy Maintenance μ Double Operation Machine: Strander and closer for making more than 12 mm diameter rope up to 40 mm rope. μ End Less rope making Machine o Bunching and closing action is done in the machine at a time. o Twice twist in single rotation of flyer. o Suitable for getting bigger size coil without knot o Coiling Head Out side the machine o Machine available in two part without out side creel one for closing & Bunching other for coiling at coiling head (Optional). Winders: μ Bobbin Flange Winders MMW/BW is a high quality, take up winder for winding or rewinding of flat fibrillated tapes, un-fibrillated tape, Monofilaments, Multifilament and edge trims etc. after extrusion or manufacturing Process. μ Cheese winder and re-winder MMW/CW are a high quality cross wound package winder to produce precision winding on corrugated or non – corrugated pipe. Ply yarn Twister: μ Out Flow Twister ( Two Line) Model MMW PY/3000-A and MMW PY/3000-B are designed to get twisted ply out side the machine on cheese package or on flange. Yarn twist twice per revaluation. Denier range up to 40,000 can be used. μ In Flow Twister Model MMW PY/3500-A and PY/3500-B is designed to get twisted ply on the tube of cross wound package in side the machine by using large size of packages on out side creel. Denier range up to 1, 00,000 can be used. Coiling Machine: To make export quality coils of rope MMW design coiling machines up to 12 mm rope diameter. MMW/CL-2A is suitable for 2 mm to 5 mm rope with manual Traverse. MMW/CL-2B is suitable for 2 mm to 5 mm rope with Auto and adjustable traverse. MMW/ CL-6 is suitable for 6 mm to 18 mm rope with Auto and adjustable traverse.
