We need balls! Inquiry (采购产品): We need balls! Hello, we are looking for the following nine different sizes of balls for a toy project: In inches: 1/2, 17/32, 9/16, 19/32, 5/8, 21/32, 11/16, 23/32, and 3/4 (or in millimeters: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21) The most important characteristic is that the size increase by 1/32 inch increments (or by 1 millimeter increments in metric). If the sizes had to be a little bigger or smaller, that would be fine as long as the increment is there (in other words they could go from 17/32 to 25/32, etc.). Each toy unit will need 6 to 8 balls of each size (a total of 54 to 72 balls for each unit). So far prototyping is going well and the prospects are pretty good of actually getting this thing to market. Even with relatively low success we would assume sales of several thousand units per year, and good success would be more. So I am hopeful we could eventually require balls at the six figure level, just to give you some idea of the volume. I understand there are many materials to potentially choose from (acrylic, nylon, pvc, polypropylene, etc.), but we don't have a strong preference one way or the other – whichever one is economical would be a consideration. I am wondering if aluminum balls would be an option (especially because they can be anodized). Eventually we would definitely like each size to be a different color, but might want to start off with balls you have in stock to begin with. So our questions are basically: 1) do you have these sizes (either stock or would it be a custom job), 2) what would the prices be (stock or if we wanted to order each size in a different color), & 3) what is the minimum order?
