Inquiry (采购产品): European Fridge 50 Hz Hi. I live in New Jersey. I have purchased a European kitchen that included a 50 Hz fridge working on 220 Volts. We were told power in the US was 60 Hz. We suspect this could be the reason why we can not turn the fridge off or control the temperature setting. Would you know if a power converter that would change the 60 Hz into 50 Hz exists, hoping that this would solve the issue. The fridge is brand new and cannot be sent back.
