Inquiry (采购产品): mandrel steel Hello. I found your company name on the internet. We currently purchase mandrel steel from Japan for one of our processes here at our facility. I am being told that the tolerance is tight and so far we haven’t had luck finding a local supplier. We would like to find this in the US. Here is the information I have been given: Material Name: SWOSC-V OD: 3.4000 mm +/- 0.030 (must be in spec) Tensile: 1860~2010N/mm2 (mm squared) We are not opposed to using different material, however silicone is applied to this and so the material cannot rust. Also, if another material is suggested we would have to get samples in to test. Any help in this would be appreciated. Or if your company cannot help in this but can refer me to another company, I would like that as well. Thanks.
