I have had it properly labeled and also have a upc code. The local Piggly Wiggly in our area has approached me about putting the sauce on there shelves. We have made the sauce in out kitchen and sold it retail in our own restaurant. Can you give me some advise on who can help us get this produced by someone and the ingreadients have been anylised by UNC. The cost of the ingredients and the bottle (12oz) are at about $4 per bottle we sell it in the restaurant for $6 people love it and we sell about 24 bottles a week and about 500 at christmas.
