Inquiry (采购产品): e*Swing, Inc. - RFQ Good morning: I'm designing a golf ball launch monitor that will interface with an electronic golf swing analyzer (currently U.S. Patent Pending) that I have developed. I need a monochrome camera that will operate at >= 500 fps, triggered externally by a remote microphone, to capture a golf ball passing in front of the camera positioned about 10 inches down the target line from impact and 15-18 inches away from the target line. The speed of the ball will be as fast as 225 mph (4000 inches/sec). I want to accurately and consistently capture ball launch angle (about 10 to 60 degrees), ball spin rate (2400 up to 10,000 rpm), and ball velocity from the captured images, which will become inputs to the software application that calculates trajectory for the ball. I would expect to use a striped ball for purposes of capturing spin rate. Can you recommend a product that I might consider for this application? My business plan projects cumulative sale of 10,000 units within five years. I'd hope to find a camera/hardware that will cost not more than $400 - $500 to purchase in volume.
