Inquiry (采购产品): Mil Spec Impact Solenoid To whom it may concern: We require a custom solenoid for MIL application. It must be a fast response linear impact solenoid of tubular enclosed construction. Push operation only. The contacts or lead wires must exit the rear of the unit. The unit casing diameter must not exceed 2” max and 6” max length. No mounting bracket or flange needed at the moment. The duty cycle will be performed 2 to 4 times daily. Operating life should be at least 200,000 cycles. Operating conditions will be varied. Temperatures will range from -10 to 110 degrees Farenheit . Up to +/- 7Gs and excessive vibration. The solenoid must have a heavy duty plunger with up to a 3” stroke (3/4” min.). It must be able to strike a pheonelic plate with a force equal to 90+lbs (250 psi initial). The power source will be 28 VDC at 5 and up to 10 Amps(15 Amp CB) delivered in a1secind pulse.
