I am looking for a manufacturer to make custom license plate frames and also supply blank ones for custom finish here in Hawaii. Would you be able to assist in this. The custom frame I have in mind will be a chain type using a plumeria flower/and the second design would be a chain with Hawaiian Fishhook. I could send photos of jewelry with this design. I wanted my custom frames to be 3-D not flat. I wanted a spot at the bottom for lettering also. I would require 3-D raised Old English Blackface lettering on silver and gold background to match the silver or gold frames. Looking for 1000 piece quantities. Thank you for your assistance.
