Inquiry (采购产品): HVAC Cooiling Coils My name is Gary Hoornaert from MWH in Chicago, IL. I am working on a hydroelectric powerhouse rehabilitation project in Washington State. The current HVAC design includes two air washers each rated at 32,000 cfm capacity. An additional 11,000 cfm bypasses the air washers. The cooling water flow to the air washers is 285 gpm. The current design is based upon 110 degree F outside air entering the air washer and 82 degree F air leaving the air washer. I have no original calculations to verify these design temperatures. The dimensions of the air washers are 8'-0" wide by 8'-0" high. These air washers add a considerable amount of humidity to the powerhouse. The replacement of these air washers with air colling coils is being considered if it is determined feasible. Please advise if air cooling coils are a feasible option based upon the following conditions: 1) Water temperatures of a) 75 degrees F, b) 85 degrees F 2) Air flows of a) 32,000 cfm, b) 43,000 cfm. For the above combinations, please provide coil discharge air temperatures, cooling coil flowrates, dimensions, pressure drops, and costs. Please contact me at 509-661-4246 (office) or 708-476-9664 (cell) if you have any questions.
