Inquiry (采购产品): Manufacturers defect I ordered 8 sets of 4 vertical mailboxes through Academy Mailbox. Your company replaced 4 of the 8 that had manufacturer's defects on the USPS locks. While I appreciate your prompt decision to replace the units, it cost me an additional $200 to have the defective units removed and the new units installed. Academy informed me your company would only credit them $80. This in no way comes close to our additional out of pocket expense. I would like to know if you have a contractor that will replace 4 mailbox units for $80???
