There is a unique aspect, so that this is not simply a ‘book’. It would not require FDA approval since it is not a medical device. The input and output are strictly informational, and there is no contact with the user. It should sell for around $225. Development would require design/engineering, programming, patent protection, manufacture. Installed data would require nutritional expertise by a highly qualified consultant.
